What's the price of your Mid-Cap fund? where do you have your safes set at? It could be that they are too close to Zero.

Hi John, This is always a problem with Mutual Funds that we can't trade at an intra-day price. I usually check at about 2:00 PM Eastern time to see what the indexes are showing and then place my orders if they are looking "favorable" at that time. I think my success rate is about 80+% in the index being still favorable at the end of the day. Even then we can get caught once in a while.

I do this for both buying and selling. One extra word of caution is that if it's an Options Expiration Day, all bets are off! Any or all of the Triple Witches can surprise us!
