I don't disagree with any one of your individual statements. It is the combination of them that makes me skeptical. : )

For instance, how would the European Union view it? They are something far less than sympathetic to the boys down in Virginia and Mississippi. And what about dilution? It would be BIG.

No laughing from this side but I think in the end they make the FON deal work.
