Bill, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "mark up a position." If I happened to own, say 100,000 shares of MU, and my account was under margin (maybe due to a bad short on some other stock), would I try to get a ridiculously high trade painted on to the tape for MU (even if it was only 100 shares) so that my broker's computer would assign that much more value to my MU position overnight and leave my account above margin for tomorrow? Is that the sort of thing you are talking about? Land_Lubber
