Contrary to what David Isaacs states in his "Shareholder's letter", Envirotec and Adhatters has recently been in contact with the shareholders. In October of 1999, Shareholder letters were sent to alert shareholders of an October meeting. I'm curious, RSH, why apparently so few shareholders received the notification letter. I didn't receive one. I received previous ones from CSMA late, but nevertheless I did receive notices. I'm also curious about something else. David writes: I have been asked if I would be willing to serve on the Boards of both companies. I have agreed to this to make sure that the shareholder's interests are properly represented. My question is <Who asked? K.J
