Dear Scumbria: I read somewhere that the newer INTC processors were being designed with broadband access in mind and was thinking the faster Cache and RDRAM might be somehow interwoven into all this. I fail to see why INTC would have pushed RDRAM as they have unless there is some kind of significant benefit sufficient to offsett the much higher cost of the system. JDN
