Why not a glass half full?

Appreciate your constant questioning of G*'s validity, however.

FWIW, which isn't much...I started picking up a few more 2002 LEAP's this morning after someone dumped 50,000 shares. I know we have some time before good info comes out for us, but I just can't see this thing failing and the stock price is very reasonable here. Doubling could happen in a heart beat with the right rumor or news bit.

What on earth does this list of countries mean?
globalstar.com

I thought the satellites covered the whole earth (except for polar regions yada yada yada) but the gateways determined which country could receive service.

The title is: The following list details Globalstar's expected satellite coverage as of April 2000.

The footnote reads - Note: The above list depicts planned Globalstar satellite coverage. Actual coverage may be dependent on gateway deployment, licensing and other local factors. Globalstar roaming agreements are not listed
