HI Julie

Do you consider the OLED a continuous or discontinuous innovation?

Look forward to your report!

Best

hi jls,

may i suggest...if you are going to look at displays and panl, include lux.v and mvis.

PANL has the OLED. so does EK.
LUX.v has the black background.
MVIS has the wearable, laser, retinal display.

after my dd, i took starter kits in all three. still studying them....the problem i see with panl is no design wins. do you know of any? one of my stock research friends just visited the company and thought they are not ready yet with a product....more importantly they have been beat to market. EK has licensed there OLED to pioneer, who is making the screens for motorola. i just bought the new motorola cell phone with the OLED screen...works good.

i thought last night, rather than fight EK i should sell panl and consolidate into lux.v and mvis...i believe both of these companies have significant design wins. though in different areas of screen tech.

i am certain that screens will change...have to become less power hungry.
