The other side of the coin is that JCVD resigned and EINI's chairman wanted it to look like it was no big deal. So, he released a very unprofessional statement that implied that JCVD was not making a contribution anyway.

It's like when an immature couple break up, the one that got dumped has to say something bad about the other to save face.

That's not the kind of professionalism that I would want running a company that I own stock in. It reminds me of some of those statements TC made in his speeches to the MVEE shareholders.

The latest news release does not refer to JCVD as the EINI President -- only a board member.

I believe the only reason JCVD was at all involved with EINI was because of the failed reverse merger between EINI and MVEE.

To me this is just as insignificant as MVEE's attempt to get some attention out of using CNBC's name in a negative news release. In both cases, most people didn't even know there was anything going on that they needed to be informed about.

Frankly, I think I wasted too much of my time typing about these weak attempts to get attention for both companies.
