Thanks, Keith! Yes, it is odd especially that it was a post on the SUNW thread that got noticed, when they had me near ready to ask for a refund of my SI payment. You know, the post that got selected wasn't responded to by anyone on the SUNW thread. Maybe because it pointed out a bearish warning sign for the stock? Oh well...

Now, Citrix! My company uses them, I use it every day. It's a great product, and I read somewhere that an analyst considers it unlikely that competitors will make significant headway gaining market share from Citrix any time soon. Really, it is a wonderful product. We use it mostly to hop the firewall while telecommuting: to read email using MSFT Outlook, download and upload files, etc. But it is true that you actually have Word, Excel, etc., sitting on your virtual desktop (as though you had signed onto a computer at your workplace), and you can use them just as though you were at the workplace. Surprisingly, even with a dinky 33kb modem the speed isn't bad.

The internet's going to be used for everything soon.

Just makes me wonder, though, with my military background, what the primary targets of the future will be, and what the weapons will be. Knock out the internet and you knock out the nation? Well, maybe this is off topic, but I do worry about such things...

Citrix certainly has an excellent product, from my point of view, having used it lots.
