This is interesting but not an issue for GLE since they can exxtract from any fuel..I am suprised there is no mention of efficiency of SOFC vs PEM since that strikes me as a legitimate concern.-Rampant

It seems to me that this article is comparing the environmental effects based on the method that hydrogen is produced. Producing hydrogen from gasoline and using gasoline as a fuel source for the Global SOFC are two separate issues and should not be confused.
I feel that the public may draw the wrong conclusions from this article.
