Good Morning Lurqer:

I found that one of the best cures of insomnia was from my school days. If I wanted to sleep, but couldn't, all I needed to do is to pick up one of my required reading textbooks and start reading. Would usually put me to sleep after the second paragraph (if not vowel). The best part of all was that it wasn't habbit forming.
