Will the news of EDIG's acquisition be as disappointing as its first attempt at the edig.com web site? Speaking of web site. What do you expect out of EDIG updated web site? What will EDIG need to do to make its web site more of a marketing tool?

Hi Jeff... It would appear that the only thing that has changed in the EDIG story is that you sold your shares. Nothing else. Excuse the thickness of my skull... but could you explain what you mean by this? ;) If I take it literally, then it doesn't make sense. Several things have changed since my decision to sell most of my holdings. 1. E.Digital (formally Norris) filed yet another negative 10Q. The Company has incurred significant losses and negative cash flow from operations in each of the last three fiscal years and for the nine month period ended December 31, 1999 and has an accumulated deficit of $40,983,774 at December 31, 1999. 2. New mp3 players have emerged on the market, and unlike an EDIG product or licensed product, they are selling. 3. The EDIG price is off 60% from itas highs. So in my opinion several things have changed. If you choose not to see it that's fine with me... but if you want to argue with me then make less personal attacks and more sense.
