Gary,

I did read your follow up posts and I think your concern for the unfortunate children of the world is very admirable. But why limit your compassion to only them. We all are capable of having a serious lapse of good judgement or making a very bad mistake.

Its assumed that that man in question was motivated by greed but that may not be the case. We do not know how old he is and fear may have been the motivating factor....fear that because he is alone, he may not have the financial wherewithal to take care of himself in his old age. There are several possibilities.

The point is is that the man felt he had no recourse and that the only place he could express his despair is on a Yahoo board. Now I find that very sad.
