I would think we would get a pop back to the old high of 119 on a settlement, then head up...

Incredibly quiet today considering the action. Johnd, I can't believe you'd say the settlement is built into the price. Haven't you been screaming 120+ for months?

I think you're completely wrong about the effect of a settlement. This black cloud has haunted us for so long. Do you realize that if MSFT simply tracked the NASDAQ for the last year it would be close to 200?

Maybe you should get back on medication!
