Daniel, Sometime during ADCT's 3rd fiscal Q which ends on 7/31/00: biz.yahoo.com There's nothing to indicate that the deal won't go through and my guess is that you will be happy with ADCT's performance.

Daniel, re: close date..... Message 13253049 ....looking forward to ADCT. I'm somewhat surprised at the size of the gap. It will close as the deal nears, hopefully by PAIR shares rising vs. ADCT falling! Larry
