This is one circumstance where there is no ambiguity. Bob has said on numerous occasions that when he makes a bear call, this = 100% out the market. Don't we all recall him saying that he has no intention of being long in a bear market. 60:40 is NOT out the market. The tactical asset allocation was a respite in the intact big bull market. We may get another tactical reallocation to deal with the new situation, but the bull still lives. It's only fellow groupies who have misinterpreted our guru. BWDIK Digger
