Luther, I am still long tyc. I am trying to figure out all these tyc spin-off stories and am confused. Do you know after they spin off their 20% of this and that, are we shareholders going to get the remaining shares ? There are no mentions what-so-ever on what they are going to do with the remaing 80% of shares. Is tyc going to keep the 80% of shares and just let 20% of shares trading in the open market ? That doesn't make much sense to me. This is as oppose to

1. coms is a total spin-off and the resulting company is an independent company.

2. T is creating a tracking stock, so T retains 100% control of the new wireless company but 80% of the shares are distributed to shareholders and 100% of shares will be available for trading in the open market.

3. Lu spinning off slow-growth networking division - no detail published yet.
