I just hit an LBO yesterday in US Can (USC), one I've been holding for quite a while. I see a reasonably high probability of something similar happening with EBSC, either a sale an LBO or a Dutch auction at a substantial premium.

Tomato, I second Jim's comment that something probably will happen on EBSC. My reason is the fact that on the conference call they would not comment on why their large buyback program had been suspended. It could not have been because of an impending earnings report or they would have freely said so. I think some kind of transaction like Jim mentioned will occur.
