Wouldn't that be the BONEHEAD MOVE OF ALL TIME for the SEC, i.e.: Halt trading of the stock, misquoting co pr's in the SEC pr, causing untold upheaval amongst longs, shorts, and in-betweens, not following up with what exactly has been found to be fraudulent etc., and then, as the coup de guerre allow the stock to be traded without some proof of the existence of the technology which caused all the excitement in the first place.

No the BONEHEAD MOVE OF ALL TIME was when someone let you make investment decisions.

Anyone who chooses to dismiss fraud charges by the SEC is a fool.

The SEC's job is not to determine if ECNC has a product, but to protect investors from buying ECNC stock based on fraudulent, misleading statements. Your argument is ridiculous, you have no idea of what you're talking about.

Please get yourself a double cappuccino and educate yourself on this subject before opening your piehole again and inserting your foot.

I have doubts about it trading on the BB Monday or anytime soon. If you were a MM and wanted to be involved I would imagine it would be impossible. Lets assume the PR statements were false ..... not saying they are but the odds are they are ...... discounting them, what is the real situation. Without the company issuing new improved statements to clarify all that is in doubt (which would be an admission of guilt and unlikely to happen) what is the true position?

That is why this destined to fade into oblivion at least in the short term. The longs here are basing their arguments on emotion and the position they hold and not on facts. To be a market there must be buyers and all investors are encouraged to do DD. How? What is fact and what may be fiction? Where is all this supposed demand likely to come from? Are there a group of people who buy stocks because they have been halted and charged with fraud? Is this a criteria for making investment choices? (I should point out that having read the posts on this board if such investors did exist I would no longer be shocked).

I see every PR made by the company and Manny in particular to be suspect at the very least. I see a company charged with fraud. I see nothing regarding the product that is not based on PR and therefore suspect. Why does anyone believe there will be any demand?

Anthony and Pluvia with others presented FACTS and nobody has proved these FACTS wrong. The SEC action suggests these FACTS are correct. Stop wanting to target the people who were merely the messenger. Look towards those that created the situation if you feel the need to vent your anger and frustration.
