Gregg, yes, they usually make good on their mistakes, how- ever, I have near -0- tolerance for anything that messes with the numbers in my account, especially when it requires a fallible human to go in it and effect a manual fix. One wrong decimal place or digit, and I am missing thousands in hard-earned profits. If I started messing around with their paychecks, you can imagine the result of that! In the past, I have traded, and let them and Penson take care of the back office stuff. All I did was check the Penson site every couple of days to make sure their "bottom line" number was close (+ or -) to what I kept at my end. I was naive.
