Well.. I guess that if you're going to use a trading system designed and built by humans you'll just have to watch them a little closer. No matter who's trading system you use you're going to run into this. Just be thankful that you're using a software package that is also written by your broker. They're able to fix it right away. A lot traders that use brokers that use software from a third source have to wait anywhere from several weeks to several months to get their problems fixed. Sure its a bummer when they make a mistake. Just don't have a heart attack when a mistake is made. Sure, get angry and jump on them, just do like you do when you're trading...keep the emotion out of it or else you're going to either make youself sick or make more mistakes then they do.
