Sorry okey..

...I still don't buy it. Nice fluff piece written by a reporter who as usual probably has absolutely no idea what the legal process really is all about. I still see major misinterpretation of the two PRs in question. I still see an agenda of the SEC to justify its halt after Mr. A@P sent them after ECNC after he had placed his own short positions. I still see a lot of confusion over the meaning of the two PR releases and the same old misinterpretation of the legal and practical interpretation of "strategic alliance" instead of "letter of intent" and while there obviously was an "alliance" (or contract) it simply was not "strategic" for Empire, I guess. that doesn't mean it was not "strategic" for ECNC's purposes. I still see contracts on-line which reference the ability of ECNC and Pilot Island to develop unique hand held devices for internet credit transactions with Palm code. I see further efforts to torture the fact that the Palm code is in fact part of the picture after all. I see this as still a well orchestrated effort to damage and harm ECNC's stock value and for government bureaucrats to justify their positions. I see many people working behind the scenes to save their rears from investment positions. I see no one touching 3/4ths of the OTHER news which came out around the same time about the IFR report, revenues and the passing of alpha and beta testing and the product heading to production. No, these are the real issues. These are the REAL things which made this stock soar. People understood the technology not some dopey worded deal with Empire or Pilot Island using Palm code. These points, in my obviously limited information view, are what is really going on here and still being confused by people with a lot of ego and vested financial purposes involved in seeing this company fail. That fluff piece article does absolutely nothing to convince me that this is not simply a railroad job by professional shorts and their contacts. They want to make an example of ECNC for the rest of the world. Sure, it is easy to trip over SEC regs and maybe they did, but it does indict the real value of this company: the technology. You beg to differ. So be it.
