***WHY ECNC IS NOW DESTINE TO FAIL***

This is an answer to an ECNC long I felt would help shareholders understand what ECNC now faces....

<< The way I see it, if the product they announced is real and they can correct internal problems, maybe in a couple of years the stock can be worth something. I think at this point the gamble is worth it. Would you agree? >>

No. The real players in the ATM business have better competing products. The ATM biz is a business involving trust. Due to the ECNC fraud no bank or other institution will now do business with eConnect. The game is over.

To make matters worse - ECNC's ATM system runs off of software developed and license from RGteq. ECNC DOES NOT OWN THIS KEY PART OF THE ATM SYSTEM....

I fully expect ECNC to fail to perform on their end of the RGteq deal and lose the license to even run an ATM system. If that happens - and I expect it will, you are left with nothing.

At this point ECNC's hand are tied - because they have clearly IMO committed fraud they will be hard pressed to raise money or establish banking relationships needed to make the ATM system work. That's why they will IMO certainly fail to perform with RGteq and then lose the ATM deal completely by losing the licensing agreement.

RGteq would IMO be crazy to continue to work with ECNC as they are now an anchor around RGteq's neck.

Salvaging any money you have by selling is IMO your best option. Move on make your money work elsewhere.

Good luck
