re:TMAR.
Do you understand the rate limiting factor in the day rates of supply boats? As I understand it, either new ones are built/converted, or they travel from somewhere else, neither of which happens quickly.

Correct me if you know differently, but I don't think there are more than a few boats in dry dock that can come out once we're at 100% capacity (which could happen as early as late spring/summer).
