We've been screwed by our own Company in some ways. They
need to conceed this lose and go forward. I really don't
want my dollars tied-up with a bunch of management that
is more interested in arrogance than in shareholder value.
The writing is on the wall, settle this lawsuit, spend
your money on innovation, and go forward. We, as stockholders, have already suffered considerably by the
lack of MSFT management to seriously put forward a proposal
that settles this matter. The problem at this point is
simply BAD MANAGEMENT.

Retrospectively, management should of had a serious
proposal (which they have not provided to date) in the
hands of the arbitrator long before now. This latest
proposal appears to be typical MSFT PR.<

If you believe that MSFT management are bad then you should not own any MSFT stock now. Contrary to most people thinks, government is just legal pirates and it will do anything to steal your money anyway they can and say it does you a favor.

Gimme a break, as a MSFT shareholder you have suffered very little if you have owned the stock for a decent length of time. How do you know what has and has not been put on the table? Do you believe everything that is written in the knee jerk let me grab a scoop tabloid financial press? When the deal if signed is done then we know, else we know nothing.

The stock is very close to its all time high. You should be in a positive position. Feel free to sell at the opening bell on Monday.

It sounds like you are suffering from Microsoft-DOJ psychosis syndrome (MDPS) a prodrome of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that occurs within 96 hours of any court imposed deadline regarding the case.

-If you are having shortness of breath
-feel your heart racing
-have sweaty palms
-find it difficult to sleep at night
-see or hear Jackson, Klein, Gates and other participants yet know they are not in the room with you
-if you are constantly searching for news on the case

Then you just might be suffering from MDPS <ggg>.
