Well......let's see now. If the real increase is only 600 Kbbls, on account of all that cheating, what'll it really be with a proportional "official" increase of 1.7 MM bbls? My guess is right around 3.0 MM bbls.

My 2 cents/bbl opinion is that the price of oil will settle to a Y2K average of $22-25/bbl, tending toward the high side of that range.

Speculation has killed whatever stability the price of oil and other commodities ever had.
