This was exactly what Intel said when sued by DEC. I assume you now agree with Intel. DEC, when counter sued, must have felt their position was so weak that they gave away the farm to settle.

The point I wanted to make was simply that Companies have a right to defend their intellectual property and just because RMBS feels the need to do so doesn't mean that big bad Intel is behind the scenes. One poster even went so far as to ask if Intel could be held libel for encouraging RMBS to sue! You guys and your conspiracy theories are a bit over the edge.
