* We are raising our price target on the Oilfield Service Index (OSX) to 150,
indicating at least 35% additional upside to the index and selected stocks in
the sector, by the end of the year
* The reasons and justifications are compelling in light of the expectations
for the group and the actions of the overall market.
* We continue to recommend over-weighting the group--taking advantage of
market weakness--for at least the next five to six months.
