H, Obviously, John Malone and Liberty Media know....Howard Jonus and the IDT Board know.... only us shareholders who, if I read this press release correctly, eventually face possible dilution of our shares, don't know what the hell is going on. It is not right that IDT continues to disregard its shareholders by not letting us in on exactly what is going on. How does an IDT investor make an intelligent decision to buy, sell, or hold, without having this information made public and available to them. Jules
