Because they only have a two week window of opportunity to exercise their options. Bruce Sinclair only sold 5% of his holdings. Their salaries are not that high. Options are part of their pay incentives. The next batch of Options as per WAVC's web site is at $10.00 and five years. Go to the website and read the new questions and answers.
