Doug- that wasn't it. :-( There are no addresses at all in there, and according to my DSL provider there shouldn't be any. It has to be something similar though, because I used the email today for the first time ever, and it took maybe a half a second to connect, download a bunch of mails, and disconnect. Any other ideas, or thoughts on where I could turn for more help. TIA Jeff
