You are correct-- this is NOT AAPL. LOL!! Now maybe if they get EP & EM back like AAPL went for Jobs,, Mgmt and execution are lacking here,,, if you want the AAPL OS (why anyone would ??) you can only go to AAPL and they have innovated. If you want a CPQ you can go to any major or minor like MSFT did for their 20K machines,,,

Dear Sabrejet: OK, if you want us to get real, here is the problem I see as CPQ having. They are preoccupied with the top line number (Revenue) and unwilling to CHOP OUT the unprofitable part of the business along with related expenses and bloated payrolls to arrive at a scaled down lean machine. How long ago was it that they announced significant layoffs? How many people were actually laid off? What business lines have been abandoned? I dont know why they have this attitude, but until they wise up I cant see numbers like you are hoping for. JDN
