You know, it wouldn't surprise me if the market sees this as a huge "positive" for MU. The dilution is minimal, and the effect of getting the debt off the balance sheet is substantial.

I closed my puts today at an 88% loss. I just don't know which way MU might go from here. I can see it either way. I could list several "negatives" but they could now be claimed to be "in the price", the new "positives" of debt conversion and an uptick in DRAM pricing could be weighted more strongly by Wall Street.

Thoughts?
