Ok, Ok, John. I'll hold it till YOU sell or $20, which ever comes first...

What is your definition of BIG $$$?

BTW, what's pushing FNTN?
The 3 months chart looks just beautiful...

I have 3 questions:
1.Do you know who is the "additional institutional investor"?
2. When will I see fully audited Financial statements?
3. FNTN added sales force, they have something to sell already? <g>

copy from the company web site:

Sales & Marketing:

Additions to sales force and week-long sales orientation completed in mid-December.
Ongoing efforts to redouble sales force by end of first quarter.
Continued efforts at identifying, qualifying, proposing and closing sales leads. First contract
from sales force in-house.
Theismann continues as Company Spokesman. Future appearances to be announced.

Finance:

Became fully reporting SEC entity; filed third quarter report with fourth quarter/annual report
due on March 31, 2000.
Entered into additional funding agreements with institutional investor.
Successfully implemented new billing system in-house; invoices now generated on site with
no time delay.
Engaged Richard A. Eisner & Co., LLP as new outside auditors, adding an experienced
SEC firm to handle all outside auditing and reporting requirements; also adding the firm as
large player in the new media M&A market.

Outlook:

Look for new web site in first quarter 2000.
Look for 10K-SB to be filed subsequent to audit by March 31, 2000, including detailed
financial data.
Look for increasing activity in sales and marketing area as we expand sales force, content
and deliverables.
