If the roles were reversed, I have even less doubt that Jerry would quite cheerfully reciprocate. Nevertheless, as an Intel investor, I expect Intel to do everything within its power (legally) to gain a competitive advantage, including using those legal tools at its disposal. This is not to say I agree that all such tools are "fair", but if you're in the game, you play by the rules - all the rules. I presume you expect the same of AMD (assuming you are long AMD). It just doesn't seem fitting to whine (my perception) about what the competition is doing, unless it is demonstrably illegal. ~dbf
