Hi taxman, I have not really looked into March 2000 earnings for the company. I am just more interested in the legal problems as that is what will be the key factor in the way the stock moves.
Of course if they settle, one can feel pretty good going into the earnings release and possibly reduce position just before the earnings release---assuming a nice run up.

I think earnings and guidance should be OK but I have not really thought about it too much.
