Zeev, INTC an TXN have some versions of common they can dump that total about 44.7mm shs. I think they can dump 'em anytime they want, if they register them, but INTC might have a problem with the adjustment provisions over RMBS milestones if they did, not sure about that though. TXN also has the convert note which is = 12.3mm shs, which maybe what you are thinking of. But MU can't force that one out until October. Unless this is all a great scam, which of course I think it is, I don't understand why they are forcing the issue out rather than trying to float some stock directly now that they got the stock price so high. Force conversion later. They could probably use the cash for line conversions and Lehi. Maybe not. And I wonder how this issue now has a principal amount of $333 unless someone has already converted or MU is doing a partial call, which would seem quite unlikely.
