Dear BG: Reason I asked is there is I am told there is no reason to change carriers, you just dial 10-10-811 before dialing your number as normal and its 5 cents a minute 50 cents minimum and the cost shows up on your normal phone bill. Incidentally, they also have overseas rates, for instance its 35 cents a minute to the Philippines which is very reasonable. JDN
