Latest PR _ Plaintree acquires A.T. Schindler; raises $10-million This should give us some confidence in the new management team as they were able to ensure that LAN gets the most out of the deal by ensuring that the maximum potential value is received from the PP. They were able to get the price back to $2 at close yesterday. Now if everyone executes the second half of the PP, LAN will get an extra $10 mil (5,000,000 x $2........hey , I even got it right this time ) to execute their strategy over the next year. Now they will have $20 million. I like it! I think we will see a good recovery tomorrow and once they release the profit next week ( I'm predicting Tuesday...hopefully I go 2 for 2 on the PR predictions ......LAN will take off as we all have been anticipating.
