Dear Tejman: You have made a common mistake, ie grass always looks greener on the other side. When you have made a quality investment, such as the INTC's of the world it best to just hold them IMHO unless the technology changes in some way to cause you to be concerned about their future. Otherwise, you not only pay a good bit of your gain in taxes thus having less to reinvest, but you abandon the Devil you know, for the Devil you dont know!! Now its done, were I you, I believe I would continue to hold WCOM as we have probably now seen the worst. CPQ I am still unsure of. I think they have the potential for a turnaround but not sure they have the management to pull it off. I wouldnt bet the farm on CPQ but I think its worth having a finger in there, just in case since the ultimate payoff could be a double or close from current prices. JDN
