Greg, Mike re: Oracle & CRM. I think it is fair to say that ORCL management thinks you are each correct.

Several comments made in quarter CC and follow-ups that ORCL acknowledges it is not "best in breed" in every application, and that being "good enough" in every breed with its own product (that sings and dances with everything else they ship) is a more profitable strategy.

Makes sense to me when you think of the install costs in getting Seibel's CRM to talk with Peoplesoft's HR application, somebody elses supply chain management software, etc. etc.

Apparently Larry can deal with Seibel winning the awards so long as ORCL gets the cash!

And Mike, agree 100% with your comment on ORCL PR pollution. They kick out about 10 per day, and I'm about ready to deselect ORCL from my news filter.
