While still cautiously optimistic, I find find it ironic that this company that is involved in communications doesn't know how to communicate with their shareholders. Maybe after they after they put a plane over Brazil they can put one over my house. Enquiring minds want to know.

I'm certain you've all read the rb posts from shareholders meeting. I finally confirmed the the just of this information with CN today. Major points; 6:1 vote in favor of proxy; working financuals should be completed , reviewed and re-issued by this fall (hopeing to have done sooner though); 110mill shares will be restricted for 2 years, paying debts and prior agreements with part of share but there still restricted shares; preferred shares not issued; the merger agreement link on website an err, though they may change domiciles at some point. Hope to have shareholder mtg info on website soon. Of coarse I had to ask about contract and of coarse a no-comment reply. I know this is just re-posted info, but I always like to confirm / validate critical info for myself. Rocky
