I was very interested to learn of this posting board for stocks. I had not seen it before. After seeing it and reading most of the last few days postings I had to sign up and post. I would like to state for the record. 1. I hold no position in PABN. [ AT THIS TIME. In a couple of weeks I will be CEO of the KeyStates Division. Hahahahahahahahaha] 2. I know very little or next to nothing about mico-cap stocks. [Hmmmmmm. I wonder?] 3. I do own a small amount of blue chips. 4. I own two companies; Mr. Trademark Inc. and my new site DontNeedaLawyer.com Inc. I would like to voice my personal opinion if I may. I have talked to Bill Black and PABN counsel in regard to PABN's intellectual property rights. My company has performed some of the trademark searches and prepared most of the registrations for various products and services. In addition to several of the incorporations. I do not understand why people who do not understand business on this type of "chat" format continually degrade and personally abuse officers of this company. [ Because I will be an officer in a couple of weeks.] If they have an axe to grind and there is profit in it for them then I can see it. But why get personal. Companies come up with ideas and products all the time. Some work...some do not.... I do not go to the WAL-MART or NABISCO posting board(assuming they have them)and beat up on the officers of the company or ridicule ideas that did not work. If this company is so close to oblivion as some of these posts say. I would like to know why they would go through all the time and expense to pay us to search and secure property rights to certain names or services in various areas. Large companies go under. That is a fact. Small companies go under too. At least they try to create things of worth. I do not know any of our clients that created a business or trademarked names or services ever went into it with the idea that it would not work. Those people that constantly tear things down have never had an original thought or idea in their lives. Try being constructive for once in your life. Don't just dream it and say later "I should have done that". Make it work. I will not respond to any posts....in fact I do not think I will come back to this site. There is no reason to. I do not have a crystal ball to say this stock will go up or down. I all do know are the FACTS. This is a company that creates ideas. They follow through. They do their due diligence AND they pay the bills that we send. [Hmmmm. I wonder?] That is all I have to say on this matter. I know I did not change any minds here but I do feel like I helped explain how the process works.
