Brian, the MSFT settlements have been coming faster as the verdict draws nearer. If you were a matter of days from having your massive company split into about 4 pieces, what would you do? I would imagine the numbers and the compromises are growing by leaps and bounds with each day that ticks by toward verdict. Don't you think so? So to answer your question, I am passing along what the media has reported by that statement. I trust my intuition, extrapolation and hypothesis far more than anything reported by the media. . . that is how we often know what is going on before it happens. Generally speaking. . .when awaiting news. . . By the time the facts are verified, the play is no longer worth trading. Rande Is
