I agree with you, Arrow. And if the Dept of Justice breaks up MSFT, Bill Gates will go down in history as the person that had the best company in the world. . .and flushed it down the toilet by not pulling the browser out of Windows. . . that last 5% of greed could cost him the whole shebang.

Now there is the possibility that the sum of 4 baby Microsofts could be greater than the single big one. . . making Bill Gates considerably richer than he already is.

Frankly, I don't see how he could lose, unless the Justice Department requires multi-billion dollar paybacks to Netscape, etc. and fines in addition to very restrictive divestiture.

I expect somewhat of a relief rally in MSFT when the verdict does come. . . provided it is somewhere in the middle and not on the lower extreme. . .and remember, as MSFT goes. . so go the Dow, S&P and Naz.

It is still worth keeping our eye on over the next week or so.
