Too true. Much of the credit for the stability that we've seen should probably go to NT SP6a, Matrox video drivers, Microstar 6167 and 6195 motherboards, and 3Com network drivers. As much as we like to blame hardware, it's usually the OS or device drivers that are the culprits.

That doesn't take anything away from the Athlon / 750 chipset combination. It is a very, very stable platform, and it hasn't been subject to recall after recall (like certain other products from another manufacturer).
