Andy, good summary of the situation right now. Two things I'm confident about, from my little corner, and what do I know, are:

1. That the current semiconductor cycle is nowhere near ending, if it ever does again, in the previous classical sense, and

2. That LSI is executing extremely well.

I think valuations did get way ahead. Still, and a big WDIK, but I think the "new economy" stocks will continue to pack very high valuations compared with the old. The Internet age is finally recognizing the infrastructure companies, instead of the .coms, and will continue to do so, IMO.

Well, boy do I feel like a numb-nuts for not selling in the 80's... a tough one to explain to my daughter who has been studying this company! LOL

Whoever called the double top was certainly prescient.
