Hi AIMers,

We are gonna have fun with these Shirts. Here is my 1st experience.

I put the demo on shortly after Lunch for a Photo Opp. Well it is really comfortable so I thought I would finish the day in it. Then I was called to help on the sales floor. So I'm preparing an invoice for a customer and he remarks "Hope I'm not the Greedy?" I said excuse me I don't understand? He says, "Your shirt, It says Buy from the scared and Sell to the Greedy". I said, yea I forgot about that.<ggg>

Hi,
I guess I'm just an old fashioned guy, but at the next convention I'll be bringing 35 mm slides and a slide projection. I'm sure I'll even be able to fit a screen in the back of the Jeep. Thirty five cents each on the first 36 sure beats $2.49 and $1.49. I could probably even do all the slides for the show. What will probably take the longest is loading the files.

Hi all:

I've used ink jet printed transparencies many times. I've printed these on my (now old) Canon BJC600. One thing I've learned is that you want to avoid deep rich colors and backgrounds (like Newport's graphs). The ink usage will drain your cash reserve!

I adjusted by designing my graphs, and bullet point skins with light pastels, or gradient backgrounds.

It's too bad that we couldn't find a CRT projector cheaper to rent. One very frustrating aspect of overheads is the edit process. Post print typos are a real P.I.T.A. I've paid through the nose renting a stupid old overhead as well.

Lotus Freelance Graphics also allows you to send a slide show as an e mail attachment. The recipient doesn't have to have any software to view it.
