Mike,
I am sitting in my hotel room in Bangkok rubbing my eyes, making sure I am reading what I am reading and not still dreaming. Absolutely topsy turvy is the sort of queasy feeling I have, (or is it the drinks I had in Pat Pong last night?). Whatever, my first, and admittedly knee jerk, reaction is similar to yours. We have been dumped. Left ungraciously at the altar.

I had just spoken last night with an industry exec about Seagate's tacit approval of the Dragon deal, scratching my head about it, and wondering what they did that for. We didn't have to wait long. I had also called my broker in the U.S. to make sure that my stop loss was firmly in place as early trading suggested we had a good chance to blow through it.

Thanks for the heads up on the Paradyne deal.

Now, where is Robert to help us sort out the tax implications?

Best,
Stitch
