Hi everyone, I've just found out about this. Can't offer anything concrete at this time. Doesn't look like the shareholders are making out too well, especially those of us who have suffered through this investment's dark ages. Won't be the first time I've been screwed by a greedy management. -Robert

This deal stinks for "seg" shareholders. My prediction is that "vrts" will need to boost the percentage payout. There isn't any premium being paid for "seg"'s other holdings. Send lawyers, guns, and money! "Seg" shareholders need help. long "seg", and extremely disappointed with "seg" management
